Residential Semi-Detached House in Wirral, Merseyside – UK

This residential project focused on enhancing and reconfiguring an existing semi-detached house in Wirral, Merseyside through a combination of internal alterations, a single-storey side and rear extension, and a loft conversion with a rear dormer extension. The development was designed to improve spatial efficiency, increase usable living accommodation, and modernize the overall functionality of the property.

Conserve delivered coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP design services, including structural analysis, HVAC design coordination and preparation of detailed construction documentation across RIBA Stages 3 and 4. The project was designed in accordance with relevant UK Building Regulations, planning guidance, and residential construction standards.
